Although we pack every order carefully and with love, it can happen that you are not satisfied and want to return the product. We are happy to explain how you can do this.

Returning standard products from the webshop

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. If you return the entire order, you will be credited the full order amount, including any shipping costs. If you return part of the order, any shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Please treat the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returned.

The costs for return from your home address to the webshop are at the customer's expense. These costs depend on the prices of the chosen carrier. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to Love From Nature.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via the contact page. I will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Returning custom-made products

Customized products that you purchase from Love From Nature are made to measure according to the specifications you entered/provided. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale cannot be cancelled, and any products already delivered cannot be returned.

Returns due to a complaint

It can always happen that something doesn't go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by emailing info@lovefromnature.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute.

As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
