Account & Data

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can also order without an account. It is convenient to have an account, because then you can view your previous orders, addresses and loyalty points balance.

How do I create an account?

Click on My account and fill in your details. You will then automatically receive your login details by email.

Forgot password?

Click on Forgot password on the login screen. You will immediately receive an email to reset your password.

How do you handle my data?

Your data is stored carefully and securely, in accordance with the GDPR. See also our Privacy Policy at the bottom of the site.

Ordering & Changes

How do I place an order?

Very simple: choose your products, add them to your shopping cart and click Checkout. Fill in your details, choose a payment method and complete your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped and it's not a custom-made product, you can change or cancel it. Please send me an email or app message with your order number.

I entered the wrong address, now what?

Send me a message right away. If the package hasn't been shipped yet, I'll just adjust it.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation immediately after completing your order, and another email once your order has been shipped.

Gifts & Cards

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Absolutely! It's very simple because we offer a gift-wrapping service. For orders under €20, it's €1.50, and above that, it's FREE!

Can I add a card?

Certainly! Write your message in the comments field at checkout, and I will handwrite it on the accompanying card you have chosen.

Sustainability & Materials

Are the products sustainable?

I deliberately choose brands that produce sustainably or in a socially responsible way, work with natural ingredients or materials, and care about people and the environment. Not all of our products are made from natural ingredients, but that's why it is explicitly stated when this is the case.

Do you collaborate with charities or social initiatives?

Yes! Many suppliers work with people who are disadvantaged in the labor market or support social projects.

Invoicing & Administration

Will I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, it will be automatically sent to you by email after you have placed your order.

Can I get an invoice in the company name?

Yes, please enter the company name and VAT number at checkout. Alternatively, send me a message and I will adjust it.

Free shipping & Promotions

From what amount is shipping free?

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders over €60.

How does the free gift at €40 work?

This is automatic! As a valued member, you will automatically receive a small gift with every order of €40 or more. I will personally add this as a surprise.

Can I order multiple items?

Yes, indeed! The stock indicates how many we have in stock. Do you need more? Simply send a message to let us know. We will explore the possibilities together.

Are all products in stock?

Yes, what you see in the shop is in stock and available immediately.

What if something is out of stock?

This will be clearly stated. Sometimes stock can be replenished quickly, so feel free to inquire. You can also always set a reminder to be notified once something is back in stock! Convenient!

Will there be more campaigns?

Yes, certainly! Sign up for the newsletter and follow our socials so you don't miss anything.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, provided it is not a personalised product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please check the general terms and conditions for more extensive information.

Are personalized products returnable?

No, because those are made especially for you.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return costs are for your own account, unless there is an error or damage.

When will I get my money back?

Within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Something is wrong or broken. What now?

Please take a picture and send me a message. I'd be happy to help you solve it.

Service & Contact

Where is Love From Nature located?

In Tilburg (Reeshof). It is not a physical store, but I deliver locally and completely free of charge, with a smile of course!

What are your opening hours?

There are no fixed opening hours (webshop = open 24/7), but I am available on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Business (B2B)

Can I place business orders?

Yes! Love From Nature also provides sustainable gifts for you! Every year, we put together many Christmas hampers and send get-well and birthday gifts by post for various companies.

Do you offer post-payment invoicing for businesses?

Yes, for returning business customers, this is possible upon request.
