Craft and flavor in one bottle

The wooden staves from the sherry cask are processed manually: first, the metal hoops are removed, then the cask is carefully sanded, brushed, and shredded into small chips. These ensure a rapid and rich flavor transfer. After sifting, the chips go into the bottle, ready for your creation.
